PhD Milica Torbica: Doctor of Legal Sciences, working experience of more than ten years gained in the work of the Republic Geodetic Authority, currently carries out the duties of the Head of Department for General and Administrative Affairs of the Cadastre of Real Estate Cadastre Novi Sad 2, participant in public discussions on draft amendments to the law amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction, the Law on State Diameter and Cadastre, the Law on Conversion of the Rights to Use in the Right to Ownership on Construction Land for Compensation, then at Public Discussions on Drafts of the Law on Registration of Ownership Rights on Buildings Built Without Building Permit, and the Law on the Registration Procedure in the Cadastre of Real Estate and Plans. She has many years of experience in the field of property rights and property relations, administrative and court procedures, as well as in all other activities in the field of work of the Cadastre of Real Estate and State Administration.
